Return Policy

We hope you love your Crown & Envy order. If something is not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, clean, and in their original condition.
  • Where possible, items should be returned with their original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • Items that are damaged through use, marked, worn, altered, or returned in unsuitable condition may be refused.
  • For hygiene-sensitive items, products must be unused and returned in a clean, suitable condition.

How To Start A Return

  1. Email us at info@crownandenvy.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the item or items you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please include clear photos so we can help resolve it quickly.
  4. Once your return is approved, we will send you the UK return address.

Please do not send your return to the original sender address or to any address shown on the parcel. We will provide the correct UK return address by email.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for paying the cost of returning products to our UK return address. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Faulty, Damaged, Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email info@crownandenvy.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review this and help with the appropriate next step.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process the return after it arrives, plus any additional time required by your bank or payment provider.

Order Changes And Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. If you need help, email info@crownandenvy.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, the return process above will apply after delivery.
